Made in a small fishing town, just outside Barcelona, Gin Mare (meaning sea) is a premium Spanish gin. Savoury and complex, this fragrant gin encapsulates the different countries and cultures around the Mediterranean Sea, drawing on some of their native flavours and botanicals; Arbequina olives and citrus fruits from Spain, basil from Italy, thyme from Greece and rosemary from Turkey.

Pepito de ternera or beef sandwich is one of the oldest Spanish tapa sandwiches. They say the first pepitos were originally served in Madrid at the beginning of the 20th century. Our Pepito hot sandwich is made with just two ingredients, fried fillet of beef and roasted green pepper. The juices from the meat soaked into the bread give its very special taste.
