La Vaastu
My little practice is based in West London and I’ve been practicing for about three years. The types of architecture I focus on is homes, hotels, flats, retail & industrial buildings.
I also work with individuals and businesses to turn their everyday environments into functional, beautiful and inspiring spaces.
I have a reputation for offering a highly personalised and dedicated service. I place great emphasis on building strong client relationships and tailoring my approach to meet each individual client’s needs and delivering on time and budget.
I have expetise in planning applications and building regulation drawings. If you are looking for rear extensions, loft conversions or for full basement extensions get in touch with me today.
Full planning applications includes set of all existing and proposed drawings (site plans, floor plans, elevations and sections), block plan, Ordance survey map, design and access statement (if required) and application form.
Once planning permission has been granted set of building regulation drawings are prepared complying with UK building regulations.
