Took our little boy to Labichi today for his first hair cut. I can't recommend them enough they where absolutely great with him even when he cried a bit they distracted him and did a great job. thanks �

Took our grandson in this afternoon. He has special needs and the staff really put him at ease. Staff were very patient and accommodated his needs, even liking Peppa Pig. Excellent cut, really pleased, will definitely be returning - thank you for taking the time needed, much appreciated.

Took my 4 year old to Labichi for his first proper haircut yesterday. He hates having his hair washed, brushed or touched so I was expecting tears and tantrums. On entering the salon I warned Ben of this but he immediately made my little one feel so comfortable and relaxed that within a few minutes he was chatting away. His new haircut looks great and he looks and feels so grown up, he loves it. Thanks guys for making it a great experience.

Took my 2 year old son in today who has a range of Special Needs and they were FABULOUS with him. Max has a Shunt and he took special care around that. In previous Barbers they have rushed his hair because he can be uncooperative but the man who cut his hair here really put him at ease, talked to him and took his time with him and now he has a great, stylish cut. They even cut his hair in his own chair so that he was more comfortable. Will be returning �

I visited with my youngest son today after my eldest had a fantastic hair cut here.

Hes 3 and had the biggest meltdown he has ever had having his hair cut with me ending up in tears but fair play to the barber he remained calm, focused and had the paitence of an absolute saint.

My son has sensory issues and the barber tried to reassure him by taking his time and a lot of his time it did take! He also tried to reassure him by letting him feel the sensation of the clippers on his arm, although it was a traumatic experience for us both I cannot fault the barber and would highly recommend here.

Absolutely wonderful service, cannot recommend it highly enough. Barber Ben was amazing with my two year old who has screamed whenever we have taken him before and cried at the suggestion we would be taking him to the hair dressers. Had a few tears but 5 minutes in he didn't even notice his hair was being touched. They stayed open especially past opening so I didn't need to feel like the noise would upset any other customers, it was an individual and personal service. Will definitely be back. Thank you for turning a normally traumatic experience into one we both no longer need to dread!!!
