Hi everyone. Lots of changes of late. I’m still on the rollercoaster that has been bowel cancer but I’m so fortunate to now be cancer free 😃! However since all my treatment and a recent gallbladder removal op, as hey who doesn’t want an extra thing on top of the rest 😂 I am starting to realise that I won’t be getting back to making cakes on a regular basis for a while.
So having thought long and hard I have decided to start cake decorating classes, to pass on some of my know...ledge to other lovely new cake decorators and to allow myself more time to heal. I’m now living up north so all my lovely southern followers I’m afraid this won’t be any good for you. So if your interested in decorating cakes and would like to join one of my classes which I will aim to put together for the end of April then please do follow this page for updates. I will also be offering individual one to one classes on request. Any shares are much appreciated 😘

A few thank you cupcakes for some lovely people who have helped me out over the last few weeks since my op. Looks like I will probably need more chemotherapy so might still be a little while before I’m back to proper baking but please do keep following the page 😘 xx

My beautiful baby girl turned one just before Christmas so had to make her a smash cake to celebrate with a bang 😍 simple but so much fun! Thanks to sam Captured Memories for the beautiful pictures! Xx

Macmillan charity event I did last week! We even got in the littlehampton gazette! We raised over £1350!! So chuffed! Xx

Ok so it's looking like I may need a little longer than thought to get over this little blip. I have been diagnosed with bowel cancer so am currently going through chemo and radiotherapy. Then will need an op around Christmas time so may not be doing cakes again for a few months. Please do keep following the page and when I'm back to health I will get back to creating all your lovely cakes 😘😘😘

I'm needing to take a bit of time off from cake making for a little while to focus on family and getting over some health issues but I plan on being back to health real soon so please keep following the page 😊😘 xx
