Busy busy weekend of cheese making course on Saturday and Sunday, it's coming into crazy season. We've also got a new farmers market on Sunday in Thirsk. The weather for once seems to be nice aswell.

All set up at St Mary’s Church for the Three brothers Beer festival. Cheese is so good today. Fresh salad and biscuits.

Busy busy week coming up Thursday find us teaming up with Three brothers brewing to supply Yorkshire cheese boards at their beer festival running Thursday to Sunday at St Mary's church in Norton. Sunday busy busy day So catch Simon cheese maker @ Wynyard Farmers Market... Amanda Cheese Wife and cheese son connell @ Eid Fusion Festival Festival at Ropner Park Poppy Cheese Daughter @ North Yorkshire County Show at Camphill Bedale. Come out with the family and support all these local businesses guys, we really appreciate it. Xx

Another days cheese course today and what a lovely bunch with loads and loads of questions. Just what I love. We also ran out of water in my water boiler. We drink too much tea maybes!! Ha ha

Another cheese making course getting ready for.
These cheddars are from Thursdays course, notice the one on the left has been pressed lightly for 24 hours and the curd structure is still visible The cheese on the right pressed another 24 hours at heavy press almost smooth. Gonna taste nice in a few months.
Waxing in full affect today for orders.
