I couldn't recommend Ladygate Removals more highly. Everything in their offering was of the highest, professional quality.

The quotation was competitive and the preparatory paperwork (covering goods in transit and liability insurance and a useful moving guide, and a sheaf of destination labels to put on the boxes) was comprehensive.

They provided contacts to other highly professional organisations for shredding of old documents and longer-term storage.

The move itself was thoroughly planned and very smooth. Although we decided to do our own packing, they provided all the high-quality packing boxes we needed and on the day Richard and his team were happy to sweep up any stragglers themselves.

Delivery to the new house was a whirlwind of efficiency. We were at the end of a long chain and the movers had been made to wait almost the whole day, but when the moment came they rose to the task impressively, even sorting out the stuck front door lock. Everything was in the correct room within the space of a couple of hours, without a scratch on any of our precious possessions or the swanky new decor.

This review is way overdue, but it is well deserved. A huge thanks to Richard and his team.

The fab four - made the actual day of moving go like a dream. Could not fault their workmanship and even though it rained most of the day (and I couldn't find the kettle for tea!) they were still enthusiastic and cheerful. Well recommended

This removal company was recommended by a friend and they were awesome. The guys were friendly and professional , nothing was too much trouble and they even went the extra mile to ensure our move was as smooth as possible. They packed all our belongings, gave extra thought and care to our disabled daughters equipment and had smiles on their faces the whole day. I can not praise them enough and there is nothing to fault. Impeccable service!

Richard and the team at Ladygate Removals made our move as painless as possible - in fact they were the only part of our move that went without a hitch. When our completion and exchange fell through at the last minute - Ladygate Removals were able to give us 3 real options to choose from and see us through until all the solicitor bits took place. They were professional and good humoured throughout and also came in with the lowest cost. They even popped out and reinstalled a window to accommodate our oversized settee.
