Laing Hampshire

My husband and I have bought many pieces over the years rings, watches, bracelets , earrings & necklaces and always had excellent service. As it is close to Christmas I went to parkhouse to look for a present only to find they are no longer at the same premises. I found out yesterday through a friend that they have moved to westquay and changed their name to Laing. I am a bit disappointed that they didn't let regular customers know they have done this. Anyway it's good that they are now in westquay as it's closer and safer. Miss the former sales staff especially Laura she was so good and so knowledgeable.

Great staff members but very low on stock of luxury watches

Having spent the best part of 5 years looking for a ring that ticked all the boxes - was unique, had the wow factor; I finally achieved my dream and it was in no small way because of the patience, level of commitment, passion and dedication that was shown by the members of the Laing team especially by Georgia Huxted, the Goldsmith. The team was always available to answer the questions and worked with me to produce a design that I was only too happy to buy ! I am delighted to have found a jeweller who delivered on their promises and took the time & effort to create a piece of exquisite jewellery that I am thrilled with.

I have been very disappointed with parkhouse latterly. Until a few years ago I wouldn't have hesitated to recommend them but unfortunately the changes made to the staff etc have proved detrimental, lack of product knowledge, no customer service continuity and utter complacency mean I no longer wish to give them my custom. Sorry.

useless.. AVOID. took days to respond, when i phoned to check up on my enquiry they LIED TO ME saying they can't order a watch strap from cartier despite being an authorised dealer, which cartier themselves were shocked to hear. i would be very wary buying anything valuable from them as they are untrustworthy.

I had my fiancée's ring sized at Parkhouse. The jeweller did a wonderful job. The ring started as a size M and was sized down to H1/2 which is fairly considerable. Few places are able or willing to make this kind of amendment to a ring. I would recommend Parkhouse for the customer service and the quality of workmanship.

Wanted to replace my sapphire engagement ring with a diamond one, but didn't really know the ins and outs of diamonds. Rob was brilliant in explaining and took a lot of time to ensure I got something I really wanted. Everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful. Made the whole thing a pleasurable experience.

I was at front of the shop at 17.01, I asked my boss to leave earlier just because of that, I paid for parking and It is closed!!! Amend the closing time please!
