Throughout Cumbria and the Lake District there are a variety of camping barns providing simple accommodation for between eight to eighteen visitors, in buildings all situated on farms and with a distinct, individual character.
The barns are priced at just £10 per person per night, throughout the year and offer a unique and highly memorable way of enjoying some of the best scenery around! They are a great alternative to Lake District campsites with the guarantee of a roof over your head if it rains, they also often work out cheaper!
