Lakenham Surgery

I have been with the surgery for almost 20 years and have found the care and attention without reproach. I would imagine that any delays in waiting times is because the doctor had a patient that needed unplanned additional time due to their medical condition. If i were the patient that needed this extra care I would be extremely grateful. After all it is not like making a hair appointment. Keep things in perspective folks

Ridiculous wait times. Some good doctors and reception staff but an average of 40-60 minute wait for a PRE-BOOKED appointment. The scheduling is atrocious and doctors who take longer in appointments should have that factored into their schedule.
