As of April 2017, we have had a number of changes to the Board of Directors, along with the Board changes we have added a new role of Operations Manager. But first we would like to thank Richard Ventre & John Ashe for their service and contribution to Lakers over the last 21 years and wish them a happy part time retirement only, as they will be supporting the Board as Non Executive Directors moving forward. Paul & Michael Ventre operating as Joint MD's, Tim Saunders has accepted the role Finance Director and Company Secretary, Colin remains as HSE & QA Director and last but not least Tom Ventre being appointed as Operations Manager. Good luck to everyone.

Congratulations to Niall Hammond of Laker Vent Engineering Limited, who has won the ECITB 1st Year Apprentice of the year award, it was presented to Niall by Andy Brown of the ECITB at the Mersey Maritime Ball Thursday 22/10/2015

6 new fist aider's for Laker Vent Engineering, all successfully completed the First Aid at Work Course today. Thanks to Kate & Dave from Jigsaw Medical Services Ltd.

Our 2014 individual personal safety award goes to Dave Wilson who demonstrated leadership in a major gas leak situation by ensuring all operatives working in the area had been safely evacuated, he also advised the Site Principal Contractor of what was required to rectify the situation safely. He prevented a possible major gas explosion.
