Extremely disappointed with sliding shower doors which we purchased 2 1/2 years ago , we decided to go for what we believed would be a good quality product , one side of the frame has tarnished very badly and the other is fine , I contacted our supplier explaining what has happened and told her that I only use Eco friendly products and not sure why this has happened , the response from Lakes is that they will do nothing as it states in the instructions that it's to be cleaned with mild soap/detergent (which I am lead to believe these products are) but the PH value needs to be between 4-8 . How many people check the PH value of a cleaning product ? I use the same cleaner on the whole screen so I'm unsure why one side is fine and the other tarnished. I'm also very unimpressed with the so called film that is supposed to expel the water , it has never worked .
