Well worth the 5* luxurious living accomodation with jacuzzi maintained daily. Well worth the visit if you like that extra special touch. Couldn't fault anything all accessories available at hand as required...

We stayed in Sunny Howe last weekend for my Daughters 21st Birthday. Fantastic lodges fantastic location beautiful scenery. Made very welcome. Arrived late, lights left on for us and the lodge was lovely and warm. Hot tub lovely and warm and clean. Nice man dropped the Miss Potter DVD round for us to watch thank you very much so thoughtful. We will definitely be back it was my first visit to do Lake District and I loved it. Thank you so much. Anita xx

We stayed for a week from 2nd Dec 17 at Tangle Wood. It was lovely + just the break we needed before Christmas. Beautiful peaceful location. The lodge was warm, cosy + had everything you could ask for including a fabulous hot tub. The Christmas tree in the lodge + the Hawkshead Christmas Fair were the icing on the cake � We will definitely be back thank you x

We stayed at hideaway weekend 10th march for my bday. Amazing place soo peaceful lodge was spotless. And the hot tub amazing!! Will definately return here.

Visiting from Australia and joined my cousins for three nights at the Lodges. Stayed in Ashcroft which was perfect. Loved everything about it but special mention for the hot tub and evening visits from the beautiful cows in the next field. Hignly recommended.

This is our second time here and won’t be our last, ivy croft 1st time lilly croft now both beautiful absolutely lovely place �

This is our first time at Lakes Lodges and “so far,so good”! We are residing in Moonlight with its garden and hot tub! We have been coming to the Lakes for over 50 years but always stayed on the other side of Windermere! We have found a gem here!!

My post was meant to be 5 stars so posting again. We are heading to these fab lodges this weekend for the 2nd time. We visited March 2017 and were extremely lucky to have fab weather. Not so sure this weekend to be so nice. Have pre-ordered our Tesco shopping to be there before we arrive. Big bonus (didn’t realise last time we could do this ). Brilliant little village to explore and lots of great walks. See you all Friday

This is our 2nd visit ,we stayed in cherry Croft last time and was a little disappointed this time as I brought scooter with me as I cannot walk far and it’s not far from we’re we stayed last time to village ,I hadn’t realised there were two different sites and were we stayed this time was too far to go by scooter .

Lodge is beautiful and well

Equipped and kids love the hot tub .

Love it!! Rivendell is such a lovely lodge, so warm and cosy and a welcome bottle of champagne on arrival to celebrate Christmas. It's in a beautiful location and just like home from home with every single thing possible!! Definately worth a five star rating. I have stayed in many lodges but this is far the best!!!

Just returned from our 2nd stay at the Lake Lodges. This trip was to celebrate my dads 60th birthday and we stayed in Ash Croft.

As with our last visit (Mistletoe in June 2016) it was lovely. Great location, lodge spotless and hot tub which we all found very relaxing after a day out.

This time there was 4 adults and our 1 year old who just loved the freedom she had in the lodge which was very secure and safe for her even out on the terrace. Thank you for making our stay so lovely, we will be back soon �

Just got back from the most beautiful stay me and my wife have ever had everything was 100% perfect �. Beautiful lodge lovely friendly welcoming and a beautiful area surrounding the lodges with nothing but beautiful views. Words will not do this pace justice you have to see for yourself it’s gorgeous. Thank you lake lodges we have absolutely loved it.

Just back from a weeks stay here and have to say what a fantastic place this is .I can't recommend this place enough.the views from the patio are amazing and the hot tub is fantastic after a busy day . Hawkshead is a beautiful place to stay and these lodges make it a perfect stay

Just back from a fantastic week at Lakes Lodges. It was our second time staying in Elm Croft as we stayed over Christmas previously and we loved every minute of it. The lodge itself is amazing and the location is perfect. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed here in March for a long wknd for my partners birthday, it was a lovely wknd, we took our two dogs with us who also enjoyed it despite one been blind. The hot tub was fantastic and what made it more perfect was the snow we had.



The only negatives I have is that the door leading outside to the hot tub was broken so we had a slight gap & couldn’t close it fully, which I can see from a previous review last year is the same room with the same fault. And lastly was the noise coming from next door with music playing out loud till 5am.



Overall it was a nice weekend.

Fantastic luxurious place to stay and so relaxing can’t wait to come back, you feel like your in the middle of no where but everything you need is just a walk away pubs biking lakes it’s just perfect

Excellent lodges, all modern, the cedar where wee stayed was dog friendly 3 bedrooms and a hot tub, plenty of space and the lodges where very warm. Staff very friendly, wee ordered a food delivery from Tesco which saved time and space, delivered to the lodge. The site is quite, relaxing. Hawkshead shops are just across the road and about 700 yards up to them, beautiful little hamlet.

Back after a week in one of the lodges lovely lodge fantastic area. Highly recommend the lodges with hot tubs
