We're so proud of our team, a very busy day without a moment to come up for air!! Unfortunately staff off sick and had to call on others who came in at short notice, swapped roles for the day and stepped up so much!! Thank you so much to the regular Sunday staff, the ones who came in last minute and the customers for their understanding. Get well soon to our others. We made it through, what a team 🏆😀😀 💕

Went this morning for breakfast as it was son’s 13th birthday - lovely food & great staff. Thank you

We had the Vintage afternoon tea, it was fabulous, great service and worth every penny. Will definitely be back �

Visited the Lakeaide Bistro yesterday for the first time and it definitely won't be the last! Attended a group function of around 40 ladies and we were served a delicious vintage afternoon tea; lovely sandwiches, scrummy cakes, and of course, cream scones! This was all served on beautiful crockery, by attentive staff, and in a glorious setting. Couldn't fault it �

Visited for the first time Saturday and it was lovely. Would also like to mention how lovely Hannah was. We had a laugh with her but she was also professional and nothing was too much trouble. Also another young girl who took the time to talk to my four year old son. She also gave him the giggles and supplied him with crayons �

Very friendly, great selection of cakes, and now more Gins to choose from. Lovely to sit outside, pleasant surroundings, would highly recommend a visit.

Never heard of this bistro before but we went for cream teas and it was lovely, I will deffinatly be returning when the weather gets warmer so we can sit outside ��

My second visit here, just love it, relaxed atmosphere beautiful surroundings. Very friendly staff, beautiful tasty cakes / scones. my next visit will be for a hot meal as they look amazing.

My Daughter and myself were over yesterday at lakeside for my Birthday having cream tea. It was lovely. The staff are so good there and the settings are lovely. My partner and I are going to book a cream tea for next week. I have been several times and its lovely, a place to sit and relax.

Lovely place, nothing too much trouble for the kind pleasant staff who put a fan near out table as we had a very hot pregnant lady with us, food � % will call again

We had our Wedding reception here and the team couldn't have been more accommodating, all our wishes we're granted and they helped to make our day so special and unique. Everyone said how delicious the food was, and the menu was altered to suit us. We also spend the night in one of the cabins, it was very comfortable, we would have loved to stayed a few more nights!!

Excellent food- my partner had the lamb suet pudding and said it was the best he'd ever had and I had roast beef which was delicious. The staff are outstanding and nothing is too much trouble. It is such a beautiful, tranquil setting too. We will definitely be recommending and visiting again in the future. Thank you �

Celebrated my parents Golden Wedding with a lovely meal here tonight. Amazing food, and lovely staff who couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend Lakeside.

Beautiful meal last night. Excellent food and service as usual. The only thing that would have improved it would have been the weather, so we could have enjoyed a pre-dinner drink outside.

Absolutely wonderful. I had my family there today for my afternoon tea/ baby shower and the staff were super friendly. The food was 5* and plenty enough for everyone. Thank you and we will be returning ❤️❤️❤️🐣

Absolutely love this place! Food is home cooked, fresh and simply amazing. All the staff are lovely and helpful. Cannot recommend it enough x
