me and my team from work came down as a team building excersise. pure quality. bar the slightly longer than expected wait time for our safety brief. everything else was amazing. 100% will go again

What can I say from the booking on the phone with Becky to the actual karting was all very smoothly and professionally runned. Great day we had and will be returning soon. Recommend to anyone wanting to experience a great karting day out especially the twin engine Karts. Once again thanks Steve and the team and of course Becky Simon Davis

We took my son and friends son go karting for the first time and the staff was amazing. My friends son was very nervous and the lads that work there was so supportive. Would definitely recommend it. Thanks for s good day.

We came last week, both my children had a lovely time - it was my daughters first time as well. Two female staff members one on children's karts and reception were lovely. Would recommended. Loved the bouncy castle idea as well. � �

I was out shopping and fancied a bit of go karting so popped over and done arrive and drive on the twin engine pro karts we paid an extra £3 per person per race for a grid start and we had a great time we will come back again

I took my dad for Father’s Day. I got the 2for1 offer. We couldn’t fault it. We had a fabulous time. From when we arrived everyone was very friendly and informative! The karts were awesome plenty fast enough. I was a little slow and cautious to begin with and spun a little, the track guys were awesome and came and helped me turn around. After I was a bit more confident I felt like I was going really fast enough. The track was great and challenging! We had a great time and would love to come back!

Great staff, very friendly and professional. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole time there.

Excellent and rewarding track to get right, the devil's drop is a great corner when its done right and the venue is well looked after and the karts maintained to a high level. I have always found the staff very professional and personable.



The balance of the ProKarts is very forgiving making the learning curve far better for newer drivers.



Highly recommended having been to plenty of other venues in the South/South-East.

Booked to two track sessions (via Groton) with my 14 year old Son. Staff really helpful, friendly and accommodating (due to rebooking on my part) and my Son loved it.

Booked a 15 min session though groupon, Receptionist gave us another 15 min free. My Son's 16th birthday group, 4 of his school friends and Me (6). We were mixed with some other drivers over both sessions, not a problem max of 12 on the circuit. Some of the school friends were under 16 so had to use the single engine karts. Had experience of indoor karts, but being outside is just the best. The boy's and I had a great time, very professional staff, great track. good karts. When all the Lads are all 16, coming back to try the twin engine karts!! Thank you

Always been good but has really improved since i went a few years ago much better pricing structure, newer karts, and SOOOOOO glad those manky overalls have gone great staff ..... although i will say the heavy smell of piss in the toilets could do with sorting out if someone doesnt say it i will for the benefit of everyone �

A great day out for me and my Son, Was a bit expensive @ £97.00 for 1x Adult and 1x Child as our 2-4-1 Vouchers were not accepted after 12pm and before 5pm. The receptionist was quite helpful and I got coaxed into two races, not that I minded but a great sales person right there. When you think about it with the Insurance and the Head gear it was worth it.



The Changing rooms were well equipped and the young lad in there was quite helpful pointing out to get a size larger than you would normally wear. Toilets were clean - smelly but ok as it was a male toilet only.



The Pre-race Briefing room was quite nice our instructor (Guy in the woolly Hat) explained everything quite clearly and we watched a quick video.



Cars were easily marked from behind with Young Novice so you were a bit more cautious when passing them.



Race 1. - Was about holding back and folowing my 8 year old around to make sure he was ok. he did have a couple of spinouts but was so exited to tel me all about them afterwards. I had a bit of a big crash too but the staff was so helpful.



Race 2. - Just me and my son out on the track, I put my foot down and went for it. My Kart was very quick - Infact one of the quickest I've ever been in. Had to slow down 5 laps before then end to let my son win (Yeah dads have to do that sometimes)



Track - Wow what an amazing outdoor track - Loads of Bends and Camber / Chicanes and Turns. Great Track layout and above all safety features all round.



We will defiantly visit again and I will be recommending to all my VIP clients for a local day activity.

We had my sons 5th Birthday party here yesterday.. The staff on the track was lovely and helpful with the kids. The party host was nice.. He didn’t really bother us but was available if we needed him which was good! I was impressed with the hut, was decorated with banners, bunting and some Pixar cars pictures. A stereo was available to use with juice and biscuits also provided! Great, although there was wasps everywhere! In and out of the hut and a couple of people got stung!

What really put a downer on the day was when we arrived.. They needed to take 1p out of the account that made the payments for the party as the party was paid fully in advance and they needed verification. My partner had received a new bank card.. same name, account, sort code, registered at the same address but a different long card number. They wouldn’t let us start the party until he’d made an hours round trip to go home and get the bank card. So there where 15 five year olds hanging around getting fed up waiting to go on the karts for an hour but apparently this was fine because no one was booked in after our party so we could stay later! What if there was a party after us??



My partner got back and they then didn’t need the old bank card after all as that didn’t work, they needed the new bank card... the one he gave them an hour before! I had a moan at the manager and he said, they just needed to look at it for verification! How much verification do you need for a kids party?! He had to show both bank cards, drivers licence and they needed the penny! It’s easier getting on a plane than it is to have a party here apparently! Ridiculous! Also makes me question what would have happened if the card was lost or stolen or if he had shredded his old card as he was supposed to because apparently without seeing the card - there was no Party!

All this resulted in one mum sitting in her car for the whole time with her older Autistic son as it was too much.. probably waiting for an hour with hypo kids running around bored, waiting for it to start! One girl left before the party had finished and another boy sat eating on his own because he had to leave before it finished also. All the kids were fed up by the end and hungry because they should have eaten an hour earlier! And then also by the time we got home my son didn’t get to see his family for very long on his day because we was home and settled much later than planned after being stuck in the traffic getting home which we would have avoided if the party finished on time! Really disappointing!

Came here on Monday to celebrate my sisters 13th birthday. Can't fault the venue, easy to find and lots of parking. However.....the girl on reception is AWFUL!!!!! Rude, didn't make eye contact, didn't explain instructions, no customer service skills what so ever. We arrived half an hour early as requested so we could sign in. Signing in took forever as for starters the computers didn't work properly and certain letters weren't available on the keyboard, we had 6 13 years olds and they didn't know their addresses and some didn't have email addresses so therefore the computer wouldn't register them. After we had eventually done that we just assumed we could have a look at the track as we just stood in reception and no one spoke to us. After 10 minutes a guy came out and said we need to watch the safety video. He was very friendly and helpful, didn't catch him name, ginger guy. After that we were sent downstairs to get suited up. Getting changed took all of 3 minutes, so then we marched over to the out stop. Only to be told when we got there that we had missed our race! I went to reception to find out what had gone wrong and all I got was a vile attitude from the receptionist. No apologies no nothing!! We then waited for our next race as we had booked 2. The marshalls on the track were fantastic but due to the actual customer service part I wouldn't recommended going there to anyone. Sort your FOH team out!

Track was good. Was down the back straight next to one of the same karts and pedal fully to the floor I still got overtaken. Don't no if they restricted it or I had a duff kart. Took a friends little boy and the kids carts were not very good at all and he was disappointed. He girl looked like she could be bothered and was on her mobile possibly texting whilst suppose to be supervising the kids karts. Changing rooms where very small. And was very expensive. Got told one price and when we got there it was another as they didn't tell us about insurance and you had to buy a balaclava. The lady said we sent you an email but we did not receive it.

The karts are good and so is the track and all in all it is a enjoyable day!but However it could be run so much better!

Firstly I understand that you need a certain amount of people per race but to put single engines kids on a track at the same time as twin engine adult driver I thought was dangerous!

These kids had little knowledge of driving and were needlessly putting their selves at risk!

Second there is no race against each other so the only way to determine a winner is to compare lap times! Which is fine but then to have finished the session and be told the computer had gone down was basically a waste of time had we been told before hand I certainly would of waited until they were back up and running before we entered the track

Great track, great karts. But dont go on a challenge 35 because the amount of karts and skill gap is terrible. Got a black and white flag for being steered into a barrier which spun the other person out, then got black flagged for speeding under yellows, after I had been following those rules the whole race, when the person behind me kept going full speed until he closed the gap down then followed yellow flag rules, which he did for multiple laps of yellow flag running, so I matched his speed in order to maintain a gap I had earned. Ruined my day and was terrible to be treated worse than actual cheaters on the track, shame as I used to love coming here and refuse to come back again.
