Would like to thank the staff who looked after my nan who sadly passed away last night thank you for your kindness

The moorings is just the best place ..my mums been in now just over a year and she loves it ..we all love it ..I can relax knowing she is being well looked after ...the staff look after my mum really well ..and make us as a family all feel very welcome ..there is no better home I could pick for my mum xx

The Moorings is a wonderful place and I feel like everything is done to keep my grandmother safe and as happy and active as possible. I've noticed that staff are cheerful and work as a team and the garden party at the weekend showed that this is as a result of brilliant leaders who really care about the dignity of their residents.

My grandad stayed at newfield lodge for 2 weeks for emergency care as he wasn't managing at home after numerous falls. when we saw newfield lodge, the atmosphere and the other residents and staff it put are minds at ease, he was well looked after and very comfortable there. Thank you very much for taking good care of him. We have now moved him nearer home but if we could have picked the home and moved it nearer to us we wouldn't have moved him at all!

It's almost a year since my Mum moved into The Moorings. The care is absolutely fantastic and the environment is just lovely. I don't think I can put into words how truly marvellous it is. The staff are so friendly and caring. I feel 100% confident my mum is understood as an individual, well cared for and supported where she needs it. I've just been looking through the photographs on the FB site and see my mum looking happy and engaged in so many different activities. She is very happy there and I feel very lucky to have found The Moorings for my lovely mum. All homes should aspire to be like this. It ticks all the boxes and goes beyond.
