Tried the mixed Gyros meal to set my day up before the football match. It was fantastic, hot, fresh, loads of great tasting meat and a bit of spice. Best kebab I’ve had in ages (and I’ve just come back from Greece). Well done Gina and family x

This is by far the best kebab place in the entire area.. have been travelling the 8 miles from near pontefract to cudworth for the best part of 20 years every time I fancied a decent kebab and every single time their food is outstanding, love the staff to bits too always friendly and easy to get on with. Keep up the great food and service Lakis and anybody reading this who really wants to put their kebab eating experience to the test, get over to cudworth and give these a chance you won't regret it.

Pork Gyros absolutely gorgeous!

We will be back soon as the kids and hubby want one next time. Mixed kebab also very nice and tasty. All hot and staff very friendly.

My second visit to Lakis and this time we had our Greek favourite Gyros. We weren't disappointed! A lovely welcoming atmosphere, fab friendly staff. Well worth a visit. Fantastic fish and chips too x

Lakis Fish Bar is a very friendly place to visit always cheerful and have the best Lamb Kebabs in the area, although I will have to try the pork kebabs because from the sample I was given tonight (YUMMY) that's another reason to visit Cudworth.

I've been here a few times, but yesterday I finally had Gyro. Amazing, absolutely georgous! I'd recommend anyone try one. Now I understand why my friends have been bugging me to get one. Friendly staff, good food what more could you ask for really? Anyone wanting good grub go here.

I live in cudworth and must say if you want good food at very good price with vey helpful friendly staff go to lakes the food it plentiful and I never complain is tops for kebabs etc give them ago

I first went to this place about 25 years ago and soon discovered they did the best lamb kebabs in Barnsley. I've been back numerous times over the years and never been disappointed. Today I've been back again and I still think the lamb kebab can't be beaten. We also tried pork gyros and I'm just as impressed by that. Absolutely delicious authetic food!

Friendly family run place, they look after us locals, the food is top notch, best I've had for a long time. Lakis are a credit to Cudworth Village.

First visit and will deffinatley be back. Heard about your Gyros in Facebook and had to come and sample. We weren't let down, they were spot on! Nice to chat to you while we waited and we will be back xx

I would highly recommend them, they are awesome. Reminded me of my holiday in Cyprus a few years back �.

By far the best kebab in Barnsley. We come from athersley for yourself it Georgus. Love your love with chips in Yorkshire pudding. Staff are lovely and friendly and very welcoming always smiling and chatty. Thanks we will be regular customers nowx
