We are pleased to announce that after weeks of pain and inconvenience, our website www.lalqilarestaurants.co.uk is finally back online! We would like to thank our customers for their support and understanding during this time and once again apologise for the fact that the online reservation system was inactive. The fact that the hosting company closed down without notice meant that we had to go through a lengthy arbitration process to get it up and running again. Special Thanks goes out to Shakil Ahmed at Sarah Creations for his invaluable support in sorting this out. We have a beta version of the website online at the moment and this will be upgraded in due course. Our reservation system is now operational through our website as well as through info@lalqilarestaurants.co.uk

With this page up and running, we are one step closer from moving away from our old identity and moving on. Our old FB page Imli Deansgate is still available but will be dormant going forward. Our website (www.imlibylalqila.com) and our email address of info@imlibylalqila.com will be active till the run up to Christmas but we will be migrating to our Rusholme restaurant's website and email address shortly. Thank you very much for your patience and bearing with us during this phase of transition.

We were just in Manchester for a drink and a bite to eat found a lovely bar but we noticed Lal Qila on our way in so tracked it and we were not disappointed lovely food great variety menu and very reasonably priced definitely return and recommend

User

The food was superb. Most probably the best starter I've ever had. Marinated chicken cooked on a skewer with peppers and tomato with salad. The main course which the manager helped me pick was special chicken was very tasty.

User

Lovely food and a right bargain with Groupon. Excellent food. Full prices good anyway. Drinks not extortionate and excellent service. Def go back

User

Friendly and fast (we were going to a show and needed them to be quick)! Really top class curry. Everything was very fresh and well presented. Very good value for money and highly recommended.

User

User

Food was great, I had a chicken starter. A lamb Bhuna and it had loads of meat in it nice and tender, Pilau rice and garlic naan..

I'd definitely go again, staff nice and friendly.

User

Food was delicious, staff really friendly. Was here for our works christmas party. Definetley recommend

User

Extremely nice food, friendly staff and stylish contemporary decor.

User

Easily best Indian restaurant in Manchester. Great food. Only slight complaint is you do feel a little rushed but a small price to pay for the quality. 👍

User

Beautiful meal.eill definitely be going again😁

User

Really excellent food and service the food was definitely the star of the show very fresh and properly spiced. Would have given 5 stars but the onions in the pickle tray were a bit boring and need to be chopped smaller and coleslaw always uneccessary on a pickle tray. That said I will definitely go back and have already recommended it 😁

User

Good ambuance staff are attentive ( tips like any restaurant) food is English Indian food tasty and good propitious

User

lovely friendly staff. main course delicious. sadly let down by the starter which came garnished with someones hair. the manager appologised and did not charge for starter.

User

Went here with a party of 5 on a Tuesday night, the place was dead other than two tables. The wait staff did come over quickly to take our orders but weren't particularly friendly. I ordered a half pint of the draft beer and they brought me two full pints. My friend order a red wine and they forgot it completely and one of the others drinks showed up much later. The food wasn't terrible. We asked for water, because the food was very spicy, and after several minutes of waiting we asked again. Finally they brought over a bottle of water and two glasses. There were five of us.

If I ever come to manchester again I won't be returning

User

Terrible experience, final straw was bad tempered waiter clearing the table and managing, without much more effort, to get curry sauce on my clothes
