Suit jacket lining changed - Customer wanted to gift her husband a more personal suit, so opted to change the lining to emulate her husbands jockey silks. 🏇🏼

I can’t believe it’s been 1 year since I took the plunge and started Lala’s Alterations 🧵Although at times running your own business can be challenging I have enjoyed every moment and am so grateful I get to do what I love everyday! Thank you to everyone that has supported me over the last year, I couldn’t have done it without you! I hope there are many more successful years to come!

What a great idea from @justacard to help promote shopping with small independent businesses! Since I started Lala’s Alterations, I have become much more aware of where I shop, as behind every small business there is someone just like me smiling and dancing that they just got a sale! So here’s some facts about me: 1. My name is Leigh-Anne 2. Born and bred in Peacehaven, UK... 3. I am currently teaching myself to knit, crochet and embroidery! 🧶 4. I am obsessed with dogs 🐶 (so please don’t hide them away when I come to do a fitting) 5. I LOVE sewing and everything crafty! 6. The name for my business comes from the nick name my boyfriends family gave me, Lala- my initials twice over not because I’m a bit doolally or look like Lala from the Tweenies! Well I hope not anyway 😂 7. I have ran two half marathons and currently training for Brighton’s full marathon in 2019! 😬 8. My favourite flowers are tulips and daffodils 🌼 🌷 9. I try my best to shop independent 10. I found it hard to write 10 things about me! 😂
