We have been to the Lamb and lion several times. I have to say it's a fabulous pub . the landlord and landlady make you feel welcome. Service was very quick, food really hot, refurbished recently and looks lovely. We would like to keep this little gem to ourselves but know we have to share

The whole pub has been redone! Beautiful new atmosphere, like a coctail bar, friendly and helpful staff who always look after their costumers. The best garden in Bath. Well done xx. Can't wait to go back and have an another nice meal xx

Stopped for a bite to eat with my bestie. Been here for a drink in May and saw the quality of the food then and vowed to return. Today was that day. Friendly staff and a quick service! Excellent value for money too! Which is always a winner for us!! Good offers on meal and dessert! Definitely be back!

Great beer prices and food prices!

Recently went in here as was our first time in Bath.

Ordered sharer platters and beer was great price.

Also went back for full English breakfast the next day- didn’t disappoint!

Bar staff friendly, pub very clean and toilets very clean!

Will go back when visiting Bath again

Honestly the best place on earth. You can sit there all day watching sports and drinking a few jars. The Callums and Michaela know how to run a pub. Can't recommend it enough, heaven on earth.

Great pub, with a great bar staff. Definitely in the top 5 pubs to visit in Bath! Always a great vibe and friendly people. 5 ***** from me!

Great pub, looks so much fresher since refurb,excellent landlord who has a great sense of humour , and a beautiful landlady who will brighten up your day and they both never stop working.

Food Is great value for money the young waitress during the day must do a 200 miles a day because she never stops, wide selection of beers and wines.

Great place for a pint after work or a few more drinks watching the football on one of its many large screens.

After all it's a pub , not a Costa or 5 star restaurant !

Good atmosphere, good decor, helpful, friendly bar staff, large TV inside for sports outside also, really great outdoor seating area, clean modern toilets, great value for money on drinks. We actually visited this place twice in one day it was so good! Can't wait to go back and try out the food! Thank you Lamb and Lion for getting it right, we will be back 😃

First time visiting as I was passing through with work, thought it was a very nice pub with great service and the food was amazing will definitely be returning many thanks for the welcoming atmosphere.

Called in today for lunch stop . Both had burgers and a drink each . The man on the door did say 30 mins waiting time for food but service was quick and food was excellent .

Will definitely go again so cheers

Brilliant pub with great staff and a great manager in Johnny. Great sport venue with great food no question the best boozer in Bath.

Best place we have found so far except for the Rose and Crown at Rigmont. The food was fantastic, staff fantastic, and the beer was great. Atmosphere was fantastic.

Always a great place to go, reasonable prices, really nice food, great staff, inside or outside in the beer garden is always a pleasant atmosphere and the place was recently redecorated to a very nice standard

Dropped in here as opposite to the Chapel Arts Centre.



Quite a busy pub, more in the style of Wetherspoons, so food here is cheap and cheerful.



Ordered Pasty, chips and beans.

My wife ordered the macaroni cheese.



No crispy cheesy top on Macaroni and pasty was quite hard and chewy.

Baked beans were a shrivelled pile on the plate ( guessing most meals are microwaved )



But for £11 for both, it's great value and 8 minutes from ordering to eating.

Before today we have come many times and enjoyed family meals or mum's meets with the kids for food. We came today to find according to the bar staff, despite saying kids are welcome when eating, you no longer do kids meals. It was suggested to us that we buy them a adult meal or a bowl of chips! We went elsewhere as a adult meal is too large and as for suggesting a bowl of chips, that's laughable, hardly a meal is it. Maybe kids shouldn't be welcome if you don't accommodate for them

Worst experience! The ‘landlord’ is extremely rude, and even grabbed my arm aggressively (also witnessed him do this to several other people). The rest of the staff aren’t much better. Were very happy to take our money whilst watching the football, but weren’t happy with the singing/laughter that went with it whilst watching the World Cup. You’ve lost 9 very loyal customers due to your awful attitudes.

This pub is advertised as a pub where families are welcome, up until yesterday as a local family we’d not experienced otherwise. However, yesterday when popping in for a quick drink with our teenage son, we were told that kids are only welcome in the pub if you’re eating a meal...the family behind we’re told chips don’t count!

We went to The Cork where families are welcome to go for just a drink and met other families who had experienced the same thing. Obviously the Lamb is making so much money they can afford to turn away paying customers and families are no longer welcome to go for a drink! Shame on you!
