Worked with the owner some 16 years ago so knew when I was in Stamford that this was a place to go. Wasn't disappointed and had a great lunch with the family. Definitely recommend to all as independent places are hard to find and need our support!

Probably the nicest eggs florentine iŌĆÖve ever had. I stumbled on Lamberts by accident as I donŌĆÖt know Stamford, but would make a point to go there again. Went in for coffee, but the pricing was so reasonable we stayed for food and more coffee! Great place.
OMG! I've had Eggs Benedict in some amazing restaurants across the world The Walford, New York and Claridges, London as examples but Lamberts in Stamford is seriously best!!!! Canny wait for next weekend's ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

Just love this restaurant, food is cooked to perfection! Love the small evening menu so you know itŌĆÖs very fresh. Great value for quality food! Pianist playing is a nice touch! Thoroughly recommend it!

Have been lunching here for ages now and I apologise for taking so long to review ! Had an amazing quinoa salad with my friend here on Wednesday - food is always ’┐Į the service I live too and Emma is a brilliant host , another lady called Ann served us wed and she was brilliant too - only thing is I wish you had more cakes - gluten free and dairy free would be good too - liking the addition of almond milk as well for tea and coffee .
Had a lovely cream tea with my mum and Nan and we will definitely be going back !

Amazing afternoon tea celebrating my birthday with a few friends. I canŌĆÖt recommend it enough, there was an excellent variety of sweet and savoury, something to suit everyone, the vegetarian option looked delicious as well. ItŌĆÖs definitely a little hidden gem which we are all going to make it our place to lunch in the future
