Lancaster And Morecambe Pet Search

This is a voluntary service that aims to reunite lost pets with their owners. We operate in Lancaster, Morecambe, and surrounding areas.

The name of the unincoporated association is Petsearch. A lost and found register to help reunite lost pets with their owners.
The services has been going for over 20 years and is now online.

This is the only group of this kind in the area and over the past year well over 250 people have called wanting our help. We are very proud to say that well over half the animals have gone back to their owners. Other people have called for information and support.

It helps to know that we care and that people are not alone. We provide information to deal with most situations plus telephone numbers to most animal centres. We talk, reassure, give support & counsel people who phone.

We are looking to recruit more volunteers to help with other areas outside Lancaster & Morecambe.

And last of all; please give a donation however small to help keep this helpline going. Money is needed for phone calls and sundries.
