Annnnd stand down.
Tonight 11 of our volunteers have given 6 hours each to help provide cover for the Light Up Lancaster Fire Works on Quay Meadow.
During pack down, a fire was spotted to have broken out on the opposite side of the river bank. The IRB (Inshore Rescue Boat) proceeded to location to ensure no persons were in danger, whilst Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service (Official) were called to extinguish the fire.
... Big thanks you to Lancaster Papa 1 for attending so quickly.
If you got any pictures of the team, please comment them below üòé

Trick or Treat!
If you are out and about tonight for Halloween, please be careful.
Don’t take risks near the water, and look both ways on roads.
... We don’t want to add to the number of ghosts!
