Landau Forte Academy Amington is an exciting new development in the centre of Tamworth, situated by the old Woodhouse School site.
The Academy provides an outstanding environment and climate for learning, with a clear focus upon the individual as a member of a dynamic and supportive community. Students travelling by bus alighting in Tamworth Town Centre will only need to walk 15 – 20 minutes to find the Academy.

Wishing all of our wonderful staff and students a fantastic summer break! The first day back after the holidays for students is Thursday 30 August, 2018 at 8.30am! Students will have their first session with their Personal Tutor to receive their timetable and new locker key.

Landau Forte Academy Amington are hosting a Time 4 Sport Gold Sports/Healthy Lifestyle Camp delivered by Time 4 Sport.
This 2 day camp is a FREE sports and healthy lifestyle camp funded by Staffordshire County Council which supports the NHS Change 4 Life Campaign. The programme is designed for families with children in Years 3-8. The free fun camp will run during the summer holidays.
... Programme includes: • FUN physical activity sessions for children during the holidays. • Practical workshops on healthy eating and importance of living a healthy lifestyle. • Pre and post camp healthy checks. • Post camp support to help you child/family lead a healthier lifestyle.
