We were stating at Lower Hyde & nipped across to use the outdoor pool at Landguard, excellent pool, staff & we had a lovely time, clean, well organised, friendly xx

We have just spent a week here with my daughter and five grandsons, it was absolutely amazing. The place is clean the staff are fantastic and Corrine Woodward is the best site Manager I have ever seen!! She visits everyone every morning to check you are ok and enjoying your holiday fantastic Languard you did us proud.

We had a great week here! The staff were fantastic with us and the kids, we loved chatting to Georgie, Heather, Chloe and Jordan-thanks for giving our kids a fun week! Looking forward to seeing the outdoor pool makeover when we return!

This has always been my favourite park, I’ve seen it run by three different holiday companies now, and it’s still fantastic, Good times always and brilliant staff who work here. I just love it here !

Loved this place. a lovely smaller caravan park but with plenty of facilities to keep everyone entertained. The food was really good and everyone was very helpful. Loved the fact that cars were in the car park and couldn't get to the caravans so kids could play safely. As it's a smaller site, none of the caravans are a long walk away. There are luggage carts to help with cases. The entertainment staff especially were fantastic with our 2 and think they are going to miss them. We will define back next year ��

Just want to say a big thank you to the staff at the entertainment centre. We came yesterday 3/10 with a guy with learning difficulties and was made to feel so welcome by all involved. I had spoken to Mia in the day about trying to arrange something that we could get for him to show that he has ‘won’ and arranged some certificates that we could give to him and a trophy. We kept this a surprise for him till we came to the games night. I had spoken to Jordan and Chloe about this and had arranged Jordan to present these certificates to him and have a picture with him. This really made Matthew’s day. He then spent the evening wanting to talk to Chloe and she made continuous effort to always speak to him and made him feel very welcome and made the night a huge success for him. Thank you guys to everyone involved!

Just came back from a week away here and i loved the place even though its nearing the end of the season the workers where still brilliant my little girl loved jordan and billy they where so friendly and entertaining caravan was clean and brilliant i really cant fault it i will be back next year thanks for making my first time on the ilse a good one

Had two weeks here with the family ,16/30 th of July on the campsite ,what a great holiday we had ,corrine you are an asset to the company ,as are Paige and cece ,a smile everyday brightened everyone's faces ,you all went that extra mile ,to make us all welcome. Had a fantastic family holiday there in mid June this year, Park was well kept and enough to entertain our little boys between days out! We will absolutely be coming back again!

After usually staying at Mullion Holiday park in Cornwall we went for a change this year. Best decision yet. Lovely quiet park, very helpful and polite staff (had an issue with heating phoned down at 9 the maintenance were here 5 minutes later and fixed it) Very clean accommodation. Sad to be leaving tomorrow. Definitely will be returning! Credit to all the staff here at languard as they do a fantastic job.

1st rate place,booked a budget van and couldn't have been more happier, spotless and clean and with gas central heating

I book this holydays at last minute, long weekend for my birthday in July, and I take my 4 years old daughter and my dog. It was my first time in Isle of Wight and using Parkdean Resorts. At first day Friday 13 July at arrival everything was good the caravan was good very well clean and spacious, in the afternoon I decide to go for a meal, it was a lovely girl on the till receiving orders for meals and serving drinks and one boy serving the tables, take me 45 minutes to put my order in, after I wait another 45minutes for the meal. the food was lovely and the staff did what they could always with a smile in the face even when the customer was been rude to then. the entertainment was good and my little one was happy. In the next day was my birthday so I decide to go for breakfast.

When we arrive to the restaurant the boy was serving us in the night before was o the till receiving orders for food and drinks and serving the tables, I arrive for breakfast around 9am and was 11 am when I left because the boy was doing everything own is own. But always very kind and apologising all the time for the waiting, and smiling. I was in holidays so this didn't bother me at all, because the staff was brilliant is just a shame they wasn't wearing a badge with there names because I believe ,is thanks to them your customers keeping coming back, and I will be back as soon as I can because I enjoy and my daughter to. would u please give a thank for the boy with cheetah spots tattoos in the arms and the lovely girl, for the brilliant work they doing.

Currently here on holiday with my 2 and 9 year old, staying in a lodge and all having a lovely time, it's small enough that my 2 year old can enjoy herself but big enough that my 9 year old can have a great time on less of a leash than he gets at home! Staff friendly, all very clean, just what we needed

Lovely clean caravan, and no noise at night as in a nice quiet location .clubhouse toilets dirty all the time , food average, kids entertainment good, pool overstaffed and bar area understaffed,, walk to beach a good half hour when we was advised a 10 to 15 min walk when booked,staff v friendly , doubt would return but enjoyed Isle of Wight

The park itself is very small, not much to keep the kids entertained. Only 40 mins aloud in the swimming pool (timed via coloured wristbands when the pool is busy). This morning we decided to have breakfast at the grannery on site. For 3 traditional breakfasts and 2 mini's plus drinks it cost a whopping £46!!!! We asked for no sausage on one and replace with a slice of bacon, we were told you have to pay for the extra bacon as they can't replace items on the plate!. A round of toast was sent out with 2 butters, when I asked if we could have a couple more we were told they are 25p each!. The caravan itself was lovely and clean on arrival, although we have nothing but mud outside the door so mud keeps getting brought in. Very poor reception and signal on my phone yet my sister further to the bottom of the park says hers is fine, All the staff on site are all very friendly so no complaints there. I don't think we would come back to this particular site

As a family we have been coming here on and off for the last 14 years. We haven't been for the last couple of years and decided to come back. What a disappointment. Stupid swimming pool times, you can only let your kids swim later in the morning or mid afternoon (when you are likely to be out) if the pool is busy (which it will be with limited access) you only get 40 minutes. What a joke, after paying £1100 for the week, you would expect to be able to use the facilities when you would like. The sports bar is never opened so what is the point of that? The bingo instead of being just a bit of fun for the residents of the site is now national, more expensive and like Mecca bingo. We will never come back again after this experience and would not recommend.

3 adults 2 children (8&9 years old)

Caravan nice, a little rusty but nice.

Although needed to go get my own bedding as they had not left any for the 5th sleeper.



Bar and entertainment staff as helpful as they can be.



Pool staff....miserable, grumpy, no idea what they are doing or what's going on.



Facilities......shocking......pool bar closed most of the time leaving parents supervising their children a walk up to the cafe to get a tea where service is sloooooow and a cup of tea is £2.



The pool is small with very limited allocation to swim......you need to get a band and get a time slot to have a swim for a whopping 40 minutes, and they don't tell you this until you arrive with your children who you just got into swim wear and probably just have a towel around them all excited and ready to go. Then there is the amazing slide advertised.....not so hot really, at the top is probably about 10ft so not all that if I'm honest.



The outdoor pool? well today it's too cold but when nice weather was open, however needs a serious sweep around it and no bigger than the small indoor one.



The play park....reasonable.



The club house.....if you can call it that � no atmosphere, the entertainment Staff are great, showing enthusiasm and being up beat with the least amount to entertain, this I would say is due to needing an update.



Arcade.......well the kids can't leave unless they come back through the bar, this is reassuring however needs a mass amount of updating.



Outdoor seating area.....some lovely new benches but at this time of year sweep......what a mess.



Reception...... the poor housekeeper left to stay there, took all my backlash until she told me she was housekeeping. So I waited, who arrived? A girl who doesn't know what to do as she doesn't even work this site. I was outraged at the fact it was a nice day and the outdoor pool was closed. Poor staffing issues and very poor management. Great stuff, left my number, got a call later from someone who was supervising but could do nothing. He completely agreed with everything I had to say and understood my upset but had no authority to help. I gave him the option to have a manager call me.

The manager clearly thinks he/she doesn't need to call as I have heard nothing.

I would highly recommend those with authority above the site manager to assess what he/she brings to languard as from where I stand not a lot, you pay a more than reasonable wage as far as I am aware, at least pay someone who DOES the job they are employed to do.

the caravans are lovely clean tidy and comfortable however there's slow service not enough staff also very unprofessional security gaurd we're they attack you an provoke you in front of young crying children to the point we're police are called this was just one security gaurds I may add it's such a shame completely ruined a great night

Would not recommend!! Food here extremely expensive and restaurant not good. Entertainment very poor. Only 40 mins allowed in pool. Arcade games all broken or coin slots jammed. Caravan was nice but cooker did not work properly even after staff came to fix it. When we complained to staff was told “it’s end of season, nothing we can do about it” terrible attitude!! We paid a lot of money for a very poor experience. Will never return. Official complaint in progress
