Excellent, honest service and jeweller who offers quality diamonds. Bought engagement for my other half and will definately becoming back for our wedding bands.

The ring size I knew, but wasn’t sure on the style of engagement ring for my beloved. The team were so helpful and patient on helping me choose the perfect ring, which my fiancé absolutely loves.

My boyfriend managed to get the perfect ring with the help of the Lanes team. He said they were brilliant throughout and took away a lot of the stress of finding an engagement ring. When we went in to get the ring made slightly smaller, the staff were wonderful giving a really personalised service and remembered exactly who he was. Their service was super speedy, we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Our experience with Lanes has been exceptional. Laura has been extremely helpful in the whole process of choosing and delivering an amazing engagement ring, ensuring it was perfect for my fiancé and then helping us both choose the right wedding rings too. 5 stars is not enough to rate Lanes Fine Jewellery. Cutting story short, after almost 9 years of partership I have had man up to the biggest decision of my life and just 2 days before Christmas decided to pop the question on Christmas Eve. Walked in to the beautique not having much of a clue what to do. And there is where Ercan took over and not just guided me but also gave me several options of ring choices, guaranteed that I can exchange the ring if it was not what expected etc. My now fiancé loved the choice and I have never seen her happier except I got the size wrong. Visited shop again and felt like I was back home, warm stuff actually remembered me and helped me to fix my error. Left shop with new ring instead of resizing, feeling happy and 100% satisfied. Will highly recommend Lanes Fine Jewellery not just for an astonishing quality of their jewellery but also for splendid service. Once again thank you very much and I hope to visit you again in the future.

Lanes welcomed my fiancé and myself without being pushy or forceful. The consultation was exceptional and extended well beyond what we anticipated. All Lanes staff were hugely knowledgeable and took time exploring a variety of ring options with us, even those not in our initial thoughts. This excellent customer service was exactly what we were looking for.

The detail of the discussion was extremely informative. It included advisory and education as we were total novices to terminology such as carats, colour, clarity, types of cuts etc. We felt immediate confidence with Lanes and realised we had no need to travel anywhere else to look for our wedding rings, which was a huge relief.

The end result, alongside our wedding rings, was a bespoke diamond engagement ring which was simply outstanding. Lanes delivered this piece under a tight timeframe and to a high class finish. The ring is simply gorgeous and a dream come true for my new wife.
