The waterfront team at Lang T&C have been fantastic from day one. Gareth’s knowledge of the local area and our development itself confirmed I’d chosen the right agent.

The team were considerate when booking viewings and took a copy of our shifts so as not no disrupt our sleep after working nights etc.

I work at an independent estate agents in St.Albans and had the pleasure of working with Marc Rees (and Amy initially) when we were involved in a particularly difficult chain together. After viewing more than several properties, some of which were with Lang, it was clear they were one of the most professional. We were looking for our first family home so it had to be just right. Safe to say we viewed a few properties through many agents. It soon became apparent these guys knew their properties. Once on the mailing list we received details of properties that actually matched our search criteria's, unlike other agents that didn't seem to listen by sending out details of properties that didn't even come close.
