Lovely area , beautiful place but more of a library than a holiday site

Very tidy with good facilities. Just a mile walk into Settle. Stunning scenery, plenty of walks from the campsite. Complete your experience with a ride on the Settle to Carlisle railway, or a trip to York in the other direction.

A lovely site in a lovely location. Unfortunately even though the site has rules and a warden, the kids were up and noisy until 11+ and adults until well after midnight.

Beautiful views excellent place for families. Fully equipped washrooms and facilities. Within walking distance of the town centre. Lots of exceptional walks.

Excellent . Almost always open. Good food, friendly staff. Hot drinks. Clean toilets

Never a problem with noise here.Tranquil.Scenery.

The wardens used to keep on top of excessive noise, however last couple of times here this has not been the case. You 'always get one' and to a degree that is expected, however what is not is the wardens not challenging this in line with their own 'rules'. 2 nights out of our 3 night stay we were kept up by music, loud talking and laughter; both time past 2am. Wardens didn't care.............Used to be a great site, one to avoid nowadays.

An excellent static and touring site. Set on edge of Settle the site makes a perfect place for a holiday
