Lauren Palmer is friendly, polite and always on hand to help. The team ensure that all matters are dealt with promptly- no chasing required and all points followed through and fed back on.

I was really impressed with them. Abbie Bullard and the manager Paul could not have been better. They arranged all the viewings and carried them out. We were kept informed of every offer in the early stages and then once it was under offer they were fantastic. Abbie chased everyone in the chain at every opportunity and informed us at all stages. She was persistent in finding out what was going on. I cannot fault them. Worth every penny.

They were amazing, my fiance and I were house hunting and they were so friendly and Lauren Burkin, the agent who showed us around, was great. she gave us time and space to make our decision and was able to answer all our questions easily and honestly and that meant that we felt so much more confident with our choice because we knew everything that we felt we needed to know . They have also been really good at answering our questions and keeping us in the loop about what was going on with the move. I cant recommend them enough, they are not pushy or anything so there is no pressure to sign if you don't like the houses and they seem genuinely more interested in you finding the right house for you then for you to be signing with them and that make all the difference. Will be using again when we need it. They also made sure that we only saw homes that fit the parameters that we set out in regards to price and what we wanted the house to have.

My wife and I had the pleasure of having Langford Russell in Bromley help us find a high quality rental apartment. We were fortunate to have Adam Slaney as our agent and really can’t say enough good things about him and the entire team as well. Adam is very professional, efficient, organized, knowledgeable, endlessly patient and incredibly generous with his time. He answered all our questions and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Renting a quality apartment in this market is challenging, but working with Adam made it painless and straightforward. We highly recommend him.

The team at Langford Russel in Bromley provided a good service to help us rent our property. My husband and I were overall pleased with the team and their committment to finding us a tenant. Adam in particular did an exceptional job communicating with us at each stage of the process.

There's a lot of discussion at the moment about letting agents fees being too high. The last budget proposed legislation to counter what some letting agents charge for what amounts to a bit of photocopying. Langford russell earned every single penny of my tenancy fee.

I am a 'problem' tenant. I'm in good full time employment, I have never missed a payment of rent, but I have had bad credit in the past. I saw a lovely property with LR and had to move quickly to secure a deal with a rent reduction - two weeks to agree the tenancy and move! We all like a challenge, don't we?

I Put down a holding deposit. Thought I'd log on and check my credit file...DISASTER! A CCJ I knew nothing about, served to my old address. Very many phone calls and a few more grey hairs later, all sorted. I'm writing this on my second morning in my new house.

I genuinely feel LR did the absolute best they could for me. Staff were always professional, phoned me when they said they would, did a lot of intervention for me with the credit agency and I *always* felt they were on my side.

A few minor quibbles (having to pay end of tenancy cleaning fee at the start of tenancy seems a bit off, but by the time I handed over the cash, I was so relieved to have the property I wanted, I was past caring.) It has been a very stressful couple of weeks, but I am delighted with LR and hope to be very happy in our new home.
