Awful customer service.

Was forced into buying one of their Epos systems as a term in my lease and the customer service is absolutely atrocious, nobody ever answers my calls or queries and when they do they say they are going to get back to me but never call again.
The till has completely broken twice in the 18 months I've had it and it took 3 months for them to serve me with a new one.
I've never been given the training for myself or my staff on the system that was meant to be included in the price.
None of the staff never seem to communicate with each other, none of them seem to know where the other is or what they are doing and none of my issues get passed through support staff so I need to explain my issues 3 or 4 times over to get any sort of support.

Do not deal with company, I wish I didn't and if there was any way I could cut ties with this firm I'd do it in a heartbeat.
