Language And Communication Studies: University Of East Anglia - Uea Description

A page for those with a connection with Language and Communication Studies as part of Politics, Philosophy, and Language and Communication Studies (PPL) at UEA to share their interests and experiences around language, translation and intercultural communication. And a place to connect past, present and future students, and staff, of what was formerly LLT and EUR, at the University of East Anglia.

(For those not familiar with UEA's love of acronyms, that’s the School of Language, Linguistics & Translation Studies, and the School of Modern Languages and European Studies).

There will be a display of student posters for the modules Aspects of Japanese Communication and The French Language Today, in the Hive (ground level of the Student Union building) on Friday 17 May.
Undergraduate students of second and third year modules have worked on a range of topics of language and communication and experimented with research methods such as corpus analysis in their target language (French) or engaged in case study analysis for issues in communication (Ja...panese).
All welcome!
