When someone publishes a travel brochure, or an article to do with architecture, or a recipe, one of the things they need to do is translate their material from German into English. Maybe it's a new edition of some Buxtehude organ music, so an English organist can understand it. This is where I come in, I can translate the introductory notes for them.
