Went back to the vape today. I needed a new setup and went there as I nocked around with the owner in the same group growing up. He wasn’t in but another guy sorted me out. He was very honest about all products and helped me out where he could. After being the most awkward customer of the day I left with something I was very happy with and everything I needed to get going again. Excellent customer service. Great to talk to normal people and not that weird breed of people vaping created � you know the type! Thank you, will have return custom �

Well what can i say for a vape shop these guys out do themselves in every aspect possible always sourcing new juice, mods and vaping accessories on top of their ever growing range. The customer service is top notch always happy to have a chat and help you if you have problems with your mods, the shop has always got a good social atmosphere. Since i started coming to this vape shop about 1 year ago i wouldn't think about going anywhere else

My wife went to the shop as shes just quit smoking and wanted advice on a starting on a vape pen (I know nothing about it) The staff were so helpful they listened and made sure she got the kit that was right for her with the right strength juice to put in it, we would go anywhere else now and recommend it to anyone who has no idea or even the people who do they have everything. I got a laptop at the same time and got good advice and the one I wanted! Really fantastic job guys you really know how to treat your customers!!

But she forgot she has a friends list and the owner of this company is there on her friends list twice! So before the ranting comes she denied she New the owner but clearly is friends with him on both his profiles

Company holds a contest and picks a winner...gathers your info but never sends it..says several times how it will be this week or next week but again, never sends it.. Don't hold a contest if u are not going to be honest enough to send the prize...js...first time that I have giving a bad review honestly and normally it would bother me to do so...but not so much with this company here...kind of hard to honestly recommend someone to do business with a company that can't keep there word and lies multiple times right to your face...very disappointed for sure...
