Quirky yet very inviting Italian Restaurant just around the corner from the Finsbury Park Travelodge. 6 of us went there yesterday morning for breakfast and it was amazing!! The homemade baked beans and the mushrooms were so tasty! The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We're going back for breakfast again today! 👍👍

Lara's place is great ... like to stay at home! She is a lovely person anf the staff is welcoming. THE FOOD IS AMAZING!! ..if you want to stay outside there is a garden very cute! TO TRY!!

I love Lara's Cafe ... its lovely home cooked traditional food that makes you feel like youre home!! even when youre not italian. the coffee is great - and there is a choice of vegan milk. Lara is great at adapting her menu to cater for different food requirements like gluten free and vegan vegetarian. AND the prices are very reasonable for this part of London. really friendly atmosphere!

I grew up in Italy with my mother being an awarded chef, hence my standards are very high. Lara's food meets perfectly those standards and I wouldn't eat Italian food anywhere else in London. Bargain prices, excellent quality food and best staff. Espresso is 5 stars on its own. A gem in London.
