Dont use this garage my wife recently ordered a parcel to be collected here gets the notification it had arrived so goes down to collect to only be meet by the most obnoxious employee who said the parcel had not arrived without looking then after my wife insists the parcel was reluctantly goes to look throwing parcels out the little room god knows what he broke doing it. Then comes back ignored my wife clearly because she was a woman and carried on serving customers my wife stopped him again his response was to tell her he had customers to serve. So not getting aware my wife goes off contacts the company who she ordered from they got back to her to tell the parcel was there and has always been there. So she goes down tonight and speaks the said employee who responds "your a woman and should not act like that the other day " well if I said that to the likes of him I would be a racist well let's see how he copes when I walk in there tomorrow. Am a man and I will be the nightmare customer he will never speak to anyone in that way tomorrow frankly I find his comment to my wife highly racist. I work with Asians and they would never talk to anyone like that they keep there religion to themselves.

All ways short change you by 2p 10p 20p all the time

Has a subway, greggs and spar. Petrol is cheaper at Asda 2 miles down the road, but convenient if your driving past and plenty of pumps. Car wash too.

Respect to this garage for having the decency to respect the Hillsborough Families and the 96 who died at Hillsborough for NOT selling the s*n. This is a garage I will use from now on. Respect to the management

After Filling my car up, when into the shop to buy some sweets and diet coke. and also notice the subway so i through why not....

As the lovely lady at subway is kindly taking my order the Larkhill Service Station Staff non english woman Come bouncing over mouthing
we need to pay now we need to pay now ... NOWWWW!

As i said nicely I will be over now can I please finish off my subway (((((As i was being served and didn't wont to be rude))))
she therefore started to say YOU NEED TO PAY YOU NEED TO PAY NOW!! this woman had NO manners what so ever
So as everyone does in a shop... grabs a drink etc and then goes the TILL to pay for the drink plus the petrol. I was going to pay after i got my subway BUT NEVER got that fair

The poor lovely lady in Subway she was shocked by how the Larkhill Staff member who spoke to me
and also 2 other customer from subway said that the woman was disgraceful with her lack of managers and her attitude.

After me then saying there is no need to be rude if you have manners its cost nothing and there for she tuck my reg off my car and smiled .... ( In others words let you fill in the blanks... )

so after another member of public said you are a DISGRACE! and there is no need she therefore started taking licence plates from cars.

WORD OF WARNING 2 ALLL TESCO IS DOWN THE ROAD WITH LOVELY NICE STAFF>>>>
I would not recommend this place AT ALL and there for the company will not get another penny off me!
and also turn down the subway as i was appalled by the Lark-hill staff

I do not wish to rate the staff need to go on either How to deal with the public course or... How to have Manners!
I personally feel that people need to know who I was treated in store as this is no fair to others and to top this off it was only 9:10am in the morning!!
