Me and my partner love visiting this place! Food is always amazing and service is excellent. Yes it does get packed in there, but that creates a buzzing atmosphere. People moaning about it have clearly never gone past and actually looked through the window. It is always busy! Will definitely carry on visiting.

Had lunchtime menu ... £10 including a glass of wine and 2 dishes per head ... Delicious and good portions, great service X going again next week!

Fabulous food and attentive service. The menu is extensive and our eyes were bigger than our bellies, so we will go back to try different dishes! I recommend the chicken kebab with rice, just lush. Very reasonable prices too.
Carlos and his team provide a fabulous experience. Extremely lovely food �. New folks won’t be disappointed �

Walked into an empty restaurant, was asked if we had a reservation, I said no , the waiter looked cross but showed us to a table , waiter was aloof, cold and did not listen to what we asked , forgot three of our dishes, and generally had a slapped arse face , shame as food was amazing , and luckily our group had a lovely time , I don't think the waiter wanted to be at work today . !!!!!!!
Nice food, quick service. Even better experience when lighting was dimmed!
Great food, very noisy though, didn't spoil the evening but if group went think it would be hard to talk as music quite loud...
Food Lovely, atmosphere great; staff efficient. Would recommend. Have eaten several times there and will be going back. Great evening with the girls.
Took my family to celebrate my wifes birthday the food eas fantastic unfortunately we sat onthe wrong side of the restaurant where the wind was blowing at us every time the door opened sit on the right as you come in so your meal is not ruined
Food good let down by poor service.Staff more interested in finishing early , put closed sign up at 9 pm,turned people away.When we asked why they were closing they said they had been open all day and staff were tired !!!!No manager around so they just decided to close ,will not go back again .
The food at Las Fuentes is probably great for most people, unfortunately allergen understanding is poor. I am coeliac. I explained that I couldn’t eat gluten (in advance, over the phone) and was told that this was no problem. On the day, the first member of staff I spoke to was unsure what I meant, thinking I had an allergy to flour. He pointed out the first thing on the menu and said that it could be made without flour. Unfortunately that isn’t safe enough for me. Second member of staff I asked looked rather concerned and said that if I told him what I wanted he could check. I asked if paella was ok, he checked and said it was fine. Just so he knows, it wasn’t fine. The ingredients may have been ok but I suspect that there is no understanding of cross contamination.
It is a legal requirement for restaurants to be able to provide allergen information. I suggest the restaurant rectifies this. I do not recommend that you eat there if you have a dietary requirement and I shall not be returning.
I should have not eaten, I should have sat with an empty plate, but I was with a group of friends and did not want to be rude. As a result my daughter missed her football class as I was too unwell to take her and I have spent all day in bed knowing that it will be weeks until I feel ok.
Very disappointing it was so crammed with tables and so packed out you just couldn't get to the toilet. It was far to loud Food took such a long time to come. Food was cold won't be going back anytime soon �
