Appalling customer service. Paid a deposit for an appointment in December, unfortunately we went into lockdown so appointment was cancelled. When the clinic reopened, nobody called me to reschedule my appointment. I called many times, nobody ever answers. Finally I walked over and managed to reschedule the appointment for a month later, less than 24 hrs before the new appointment they called and cancelled. I've asked for my deposit back, still no money in my account only the runaround.
