If you wish to cancel your appointment we require at least 24 hours notice so we have chance to fill in the gap.
If less than 24 hours notice is given we may ask for a late cancellation charge which is 50% of the treatment price.
We understand things happen out of your control but if you could cooperate with us we would really appreciate it.
If you no show to your appointment if you book again you will be asked for a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
We have clients wanting appointments all the time and we have to turn some away which isn't fair when we get a late cancellation or no show.
