We received our 2 x framed keepsakes of our son Thomas today,we are 'over the moon' with the final product.

I feel as though I need to highlight just how bespoke and friendly the service is. I think I confused Georgina(and myself)with my ever evolving ideas but I always received a timely response and acknowledgement even out of 'normal working hours.' We would not hesitate recommending Lasting Images to friends and family and I will continue to follow them on Facebook until Thomas is old enough to follow direction for the Family Casting.

We had our first Sons hand and feet cast in 2016 and we loved them, so much so that we came back for our second Sons to be done in 2018.

We wanted the same mount and frame.

I collected the new one which was an hour and a half round trip from where we live.

When I arrived home we realised that the frame was smaller and slightly different from the other, we contacted Georgina and explained this to her.

10 out of 10 for customer service, she profusely apologised and immediately rectified the mistake, even coming to our home to collect them both and making sure they were both the same and could be mounted side by side.

Georgina even made the trip to deliver them back to us.

She went the extra mile and we love our casts.

Not knowing what to get our Dad for his 50th, but knowing how much he loves his dogs, I was told about 'Lasting Images' from a friend. My dad has received his keepsake today and we cannot believe how much detail is in the casts! We have also struggled to get decent pictures of both dogs in the past and these were by far the best! I would highly reccomend!

My little boy had his Easter photo shoot done which was amazing, then today we have came back for his 1st Birthday Cake Smash which was even better! Georgina is so Professional and friendly - would highly recommend to anyone � xx

I had the casting and photo for £99 and its money well spent it's absolutely beautiful and I cannot wait to hang it on the wall! Precious memories that will now last a lifetime! We also had extra prints as it was just so hard to choose between them all! They are so much more reasonably priced that a lot of companies but there is not compromise on quality!

If I should ever be mental enough to have another baby (haha) I would definitely use these lovely ladies again!! Thank you so much � xx

Had a pet mini session today and am so impressed. Georgina had so much patience with our two excited dogs and we all enjoyed the session. Her studio is lovely and the photos she has captured of the dogs and my daughter are absolutely gorgeous! Cant recommend her enough :) Thank you xx
