Wow! Placed my order yesterday - Friday - not expecting to see anything before Tuesday, with the Bank Holiday and all.



Lo and behold, my gorgeous, sparkly and very comfortable Addi Champagne circular needles arrived this morning! ���

I placed my order on a Saturday, it was dispatched on Monday and I received it today (Wednesday) via Royal Mail. I'm very happy with the speedy service! The wool is just as expected, only a lot cheaper than my local department store for the exact same wool. The selection of wool is amazing and I will definitely be ordering some more!

I have always been happy with the service, and the choice of yarn is brilliant.

Great prices, have just bought rowan wool and am waiting delivery

Contrary to two of the reviews here, I was able to get the yarn I wanted at a discounted price, well wrapped within two days of ordering. I phoned yesterday and spoke to Helen re delivery times. She was very helpful and the parcel arrived today. Joy Munro

Would have given them 5 stars after my first order last year, but I was seriously disappointed with my second.

Firstly some yarn was dispatched a week later than the rest, there was no indication, when I ordered, that it was not in stock.

Secondly, and this I think is unforgiveable, one colour was sent with 2 different lot numbers. The colour difference was so obvious my husband could spot it!

I kept it because I was making a patchwork blanket, however this should NEVER happen, especially not from any reputable wool merchants.

I emailed them and so far, a week later, have not even received an answer, never mind an apology.

I will not be using them again.
