Laura Firth Pilates offers small group Pilates and bespoke 1-1 private Pilates.

Hello : ) I'm Laura. My passion involves all things health, wellness & fitness. Helping people to become healthier, fitter, happier and simply guide them along their journey, is what I love doing. To see the progression is priceless.

I am a Certified Pilates Instructor, teaching group mat Pilates, as well as one to one or small groups. I also teach Zumba & Zumba Kids, aerobics, body conditioning, and Dance. So there is something for all ages and abilities.
