Laura Franklin Pilates (formally Inner Balance Pilates) is an equipment Pilates Studio based in the heart of Baildon. Our instructors are also Chartered Physiotherapists with experience of Sports / Musculoskeletal / Women's health physiotherapy.

We are rehabilitation and clinical Pilates specialists with years of experience assessing and analysing movement, diagnosing sports and musculoskeletal injuries and providing efficient treatment based around a Pilates rehabilitation programme.
