Good morning everybody π One week down yay, let's take it one week at a time. A few things I have found helpful after having some down moments: πExpress the emotion and let it out, it's okay to cry in a time of uncertainty. We all have vulnerable moments as we are human, we can't be strong and positive all the time. πListen to your favourite music that can instantly lift your mood, let the music take you to happy memory. πTrying to add some routine into your day to keep your...self occupied and holding yourself to it! πEat the food that makes you happy and then try and balance it out with some of your favourite exercise. Dancing definitely counts! πCommunicate with whoever you feel comfortable with and express how your feeling. Allows you to come out of your head and have a discussion then a one track thought process. πA good time to do the hobbies you never get chance to do, give new things a try with no harsh judgment of yourself and know that practice makes perfect. We have the special ingredient of time at the moment to do the practice π

As of Monday 23rd March Acorn Natural Health Centre has to close until further notice to follow Government Guidelines. Meaning no hands on treatments πππ
It will be a sad couple of months not being able to do what I'm so passionate about and I will greatly miss all of my lovely clients β€οΈ
If any clients or anyone in general needs advice with how to remedy any muscular aches and pains, I will be happy to assist over Skype. I can show stretching and also know some really good b...reathing techniques to stay calm and centred.
