We would firstly like to thank our loyal customers for the positive support regarding the recent article. Of course we know this has caused distress to many people and raised many issues, and are now working to put it right.
Newcastle Chronicle had contacted us regarding the fake response in the afternoon of 25th August, prior to the news article being published. We had confirmed that the page did not belong to us and expected no backlash, as we had not made t...his offensive comment.
While we are aware our page has been inactive for some time, we would like to clarify this is our only and official page. The fake profile has now been removed by Facebook. We would like to apologise for the lack of activity, and will now work towards using our social media more frequently and effectively to ensure the best service for our customers.
We value our customers and would never respond to anyone in such a manner to offend or upset. We have since been in touch with the customer in question and are awaiting a response.
In regards to other complaints, we value any feedback and take it was a way to improve our business. We have taken in all feedback and the management team are working extra hard to improve our services. There is room for improvement and this will be rectified as soon as possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and again, are thankful for the support.

just been for a meal tonight with our family for our anniversary the food is lovely the staff polite and friendly.

facilities are clean

Very nice, first visit so can’t compare but the food was delicious with plenty of choice on the sunset menu to cater for all tastes. Take your time eat little and often and I’m sure you will enjoy it more. I’ve never seen a buffet with so much desert choice either. Propper whipped ice cream machine and a chocolate fountain for bananas and marshmallows

Totally love the place been about 5 times now once had found a hair in my food and the staff were so lovely about it we got a full refund but didn’t put us off going back at all it’s a really friendly place and staff couldn’t be more helpful

I go here at least once a week and everytime i go i am never disappointed, staff are always friendly and attentive, i introduced my friends and family who travel from Durham and Ashington which doesnt seem far to some people to this amazing venue and now this is the only place we go for our nights out, Only thing i could suggest trying was customer loyalty cards, lol. I try everytime i go in but it doesnt work hahaha, they say god loves a tryer

Clean and tidy welcoming environment with very attentive staff that make for a fantastic family dining experience. This is our number one choice for the family over the Christmas period as it provides a huge assortment from the buffet and grill etc. Best bargain going when it comes to quality dining mixed with a large appetite.

The food is tasty and the staff are always very nice but the pricing is very steep for the food, 2 meals and 2 drinks came to £30 and that was the sunrise buffet on a Monday too

Great choice of food including sushi, wonton and also pizza, garlic bread if you fancy. I went on a lunchtime and expected it toto to be busy, which it was but the staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure the food choices we were kept filled and fresh. Tables were kept beautifully clean and regularly emptied of used plates and bowls. The only problem was what to eat......there was so much choice. Great experience!

Shocked when we got bill, we are not big eaters and 15.99 each is a bit steep, very disappointed. Could have had a 3 course meal with waiter service for less!!!!

I had my 12 Yr old with me he's very tall for his age and because of this I was told I would have to pay adult price £10.99 which I totally think is disgusting, so I said if I had his friend with us both the same age but he was smaller I would be paying child's price for his friend to my shock the manager said yes.. Your son is very tall... This doesn't mean he eats more. He had 2 bits of pizza and handful of chips n a bowl of ice-cream... So for both me n my 12 year old with a drink each was £26.98 il not be running back in a hurry that's for sure.

It should definitely be on age not bloody height!!

What food was there was good but many of the dishes were empty. Staff were trying to take plates away from people who were still eating. Really felt like they wanted us to eat and go asmit was really busy. Not a pleasant experience.

Terrible!! nothing like the 1st time i went..the food was cold.chips were hard .the salad was soggy.the coleslaw was only cabbage..very disappointed.the only good thing was my pint of fosters..deffo not worth the price🖓

Apart from the starters food was very warm evening food more expensive should be hot not much left and was only 8pm

not very impressed some food very salty and dry other food no salt in. i asked for fanta orange and they giv me dilute orange with lemonade..the best thing abt it was the exit sign
