been on call queue for over 3+ hrs, and still no one picking up

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Never answer calls.... don’t answer emails..... disgusting service!

Slow service. Rude.

40mins waiting on phone. nobody answered. hopeless.

Absolutely disgusting customer service!! Desperately trying to sort out court paperwork and details, spent a week calling with no answer, emails that get ignored and on the 1 occassion I did get through on the phone, I was told to email because it would be quicker!!
Appalled at how they treat people that are going through a stressful enough time as it is!!!!!

Upon receiving a letter from the courts saying that I MAY attend on the 8/12/16 for a BYELAW set by the RAILWAY lol... I'm going to have fun with this one NO CONSENT and trickery was played.. can't wait till the case

Have been on hold for an hour so far. Very unreasonable for a simple query. Emails appear unmanned too.
