Went this morning for an intial Indian head massage and back neck and shoulder too with the lovely Michaela.Was amazing.I wanted a proper pamper day so booked in for eyebrow shape and tint, upper lip wax and shellac express with helen who was also very gud at what she does.Really enjoyed my me time.

The best place in Southport, i feel as light as a cloud, everyone is so lovely and i feel so relaxed. Ill be back next month for my birthday! X

My niece had a spa day for her hen party on Good Friday. Their were 8 of us and we had the Ultimate Spa Experience including a lovely lunch. What a fabulous day we arrived at 9am and floated out fully relaxed and glowing at 5pm.

We enjoyed some time in the steam room and sauna & a bit of mudding before choosing 2 25min treatments each. The facilities were sparkling clean, relaxing and smelt beautiful. I was really impressed with my neck, back & shoulder massage by Michaela & a lot of tension was relieved. My friend was also pleased with her treatments by Helen. We then sat and had some prosecco and cake relaxing in the post treatment room. I will definitely be going back again & I would recommend it to anyone wanting a little pamper! A perfect evening! Then the second time I took my Mum for mother’s day for a Revive Spa Day with the scrummiest cakes & sandwiches, thermal spa, mud rasul & then a massage & facial each. The lovely ladies who did our massages where brilliant an my Mum said she would love us to go again.

If I could give it more than 5 stars I certainly would, highly recommended ��

The whole experience was so relaxing, once in the wrap which smells fantastic I was then treated to a wonder facial and Indian head massage. To top it off I lost an overall 11.5 inches which is fantastic xx

I've just floated home from what can only be described as one of the best massages and facials I've had since returning from Asia. My therapist, Helen, skillfully and carefully got each and every knot in my poor shoulders released without any pain and worked on my lower back to ease a longstanding area of weakness which causes me issues, especially in this cold snap.



She asked me what choice of oils I wanted and I almost fell asleep at one point as I was made to feel so cared for and relaxed. The warm massage bed with lovely comfy blanket all helped create a perfect atmosphere.



The facial has put the sparkle back into my tired dull grey Winter skin. Helen was gentle but thorough and told me what she was doing and checked on whether I was comfortable throughout. I felt so pampered it was magical.



Once the treatment was over, I was invited to go to the rest and relaxation room and Helen appeared with tea and a hot wheat roll for my neck to continue easing any lingering muscle pain.



From the first call to the actual treatment, I cannot recommend the care and attention to detail I have been shown. The staff are incredibly friendly and genuine and they really know their stuff.



I'm so happy I've found this gem of a spa and look forward to revisiting with friends and family for more pamper sessions.

I went in yesterday with a voucher I had received ready to get a spray tan and weekend lashes. The manager and staff were lovely. The rooms beautiful. I couldn't have been treated better. I have got up this morning and the tan is stunning and lashes still perfectly in tact. Thank you girls. I will certainly be back

Helen you have worked magic , I feel like the weight of the world has been taken off my shoulders, I am relaxed and my knees have never felt so good ! I hadn't realised how tense I was. The lovely atmosphere ,warm bed and towels all made the experience so wonderful. The care and attention I always receive on every visit makes me feel special. I have been attending Lavender House regularly for almost a year. The facilities brilliant, and always immaculate. I love the warm welcoming vibe as soon as you walk through the door. The staff are all amazing and incredibly professional. The massages are some of the best ones I have ever had and have improved my quality of life no end. I rarely have migraine attacks now and my severe migraine attacks have almost stopped. I am incredibly grateful to all the staff who have made a difficult year more bareable. I highly recommend this spa as you are treated as an individual person and not just another person through the door. Keep up the amazing work everyone. 😃

I am moving to Southport, we dont know anyone but I have asked people where to go and many of them said Lavender House, I had a full body massage and it was fabulous , when we do arrive at our new apartment this will be the place I will look forward to visiting again, thank you Helen. x
