Gareth Doherty and Greg Strolenberg joined forces in October 2014 supported by their wives and their five employees.
Sourcing high welfare, local meat, not only to provide the community with great meat but also supporting our friends the farmers.
Both Gareth and Greg are qualified Deer Stalkers, they can tell our customers when and what wood the deer were shot in.
Lavenham Butchers offers seasonal Muntjac Masterclasses where you can prepare your own venison ready for the freezer.
We can cater for all outdoor events BBQ's etc.
We regularly attend two farmers markets Lavenham and Sudbury with our own shot Venison.
