Wonderful food wonderful service wonderful atmosphere.

We are so fortunate to have this gem in SJW.

Well, that was the best lunch this year - smoked salmon crepes, the tenderest lamb and a delicious pavarois. I wish I lived in London to enjoy this restaurant more. It never disappoints.

Lovely French Restaurant in St John's Wood. Real old-fashioned service and classic French food.

Great food, always welcoming and will put themselves out for a special occasion to make it extra special, love it.

First visit for a number of years and L'Aventure remains as charming as ever. The lovely patronne Catherine is a delight and clearly relishes every aspect of her vocation.

The very reasonably priced menu offers an attractive range of classic dishes with no rip off extras. Everything we ate was delicious and the relaxed atmosphere only added to our pleasure. A la prochaine!

A very special restaurant that has stood the test of time & measures up to this day. Attentive at just the right level & food that simply melts in the mouth. Divine.

A superb place to go and dine. Informal yet authentic and hosted by the wonderful Catherine, who's been running it for nearly 40 years. A real gem.

A relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere with delicious food and yummy wine list. Delicious and very reasonably priced.

We have been customers of this restaurant for many many years and whilst the food was and always has been excellent we found the service on Saturday evening (my husband's birthday) rather perfunctory

The food was very good. A wonderful choice of top quality ingredients, however, it would be nice to have better more attentive service.
