This is mark. Mark got shredded in JUST 30 DAYS!!! рЯШ≤ A lot of people asked me what this system has done for me personally, so here it is. 2016 I took a year off competing and let's be honest, I GOT FAT!
So whilst I was pretty down about it, I had the opportunity to give me a kickstart and try the 30 day fat burning system from the US back in October 2016, and this is my results.
Believe it or not, I actually stayed the same weight. I lost fat (2 inches around the waistline) ...and built muscle (3 inches around the chest and back) and I trained just 19 times during that period. Not only that, I felt incredible. Tons of energy, mentally focused and just overall healthy. My performance in the gym improved dramatically over the 30 days.
