Took our Border Terrier "Freddie" there today for a summer trim, very impressed with the service and the people there are very friendly and did a brilliant job, he looks great and we will definitely take him back.

They have given me back two beautiful dogs compared to the scruffs that went in. Definately will become my regular groomers now. They smell amazing. �

Thank you so much mandy and gang for looking after my four cat's and giving them their lovely new fur cuts. I can honestly say that you guy's are the best I have taken my four cat's to. All your hard work and effort is very much appreciated ����

My 11 month old shtzu had the full works here yesterday and I must say I was a little nervous but found the staff very friendly and ty appeared to like them as well. When I picked him up I was very happy he looked wonderful and smelled great to. Very happy pup and very happy owner. I feel I have found the perfect place for him to have regular cuts and have booked in his next appointment. Thank you very much x

I thought Bruce would be a challenging customer, but Layla's worked some kind of miracle with him this morning and he is now ready to face the summer with the perfect beach body ... Thank you to all who had a hand in this transformation .. Bruce is happy now he is cool and comfortable, and is grateful that I will no longer be chasing him round with scissors, trying to do a home haircut!

After a whole year of trying to find a cat groomer I was so pleased to finally find someone. I won't bore you with ins and outs of every groomer in Exeter that claims to groom cats and then when you enquire actually don't. So all I can say is thank you so much and I will defiantly be back with Todd....obviously ;) Todd smells lovely, is super soft, all matts removed and he's still got all his handsome fluffy coat!!!!! Purrrrfect!!!!! Thank you, thank you! Xxx

Buster (the Sprocker) had his first groom with you today and he's come home looking and smelling beautiful. He became very nervous going to a groomers so we gave him a break but I'm happy to say that he'll be back �� thank you for the service xx

Unfortunately my dog had one side longer than the other and patches not even. My dad looked horrified when I got home. I had specifically asked for hair on ears to be left and the hair was cut so short. I said for about an inch to be cut off and there was definitely way more gone. It took about 6/7 weeks to grow out for me to take him somewhere just to get evened out. Was very unhappy.
