Lazyman Smoothies & Juices is a local business dedicated to offering highly nutritional and delicious smoothies and Juices.

All my life i have been the type of person who seems to bounce up and down like a Yo yo, one minute i was putting to much weight on, the next minute i was loosing it again. The problem was i was happy and content in life, happy with my work, happy with my lovely wife and then food would soon follow.

I was the same as many people out there and didn't look after my body in the way that i should, I would enjoy myself, live life as if I didn't have a care in the world and before i new it i was back on the heavier side of the Yo yo.

BUT i new it didn't have to be that way, I controlled my weight and the way i lived life, no one else, so i decided to make a change and implement smoothies and juices into my diet as well as eating correctly and exercising regularly. My wife bought me a Nutribullet blender for Christmas, it was one of those gifts that everyone said would end up going into the cupboard, but within days i was hooked. I was blending everyday making new and delicious smoothies not only for myself but for friends and family as well.

Two years down the line and i was still hooked but now i was looking more deeply into it and thinking about the nutritional benefits of smoothies as well as looking at others ways that i could add added nutrition to my diet and my life. Along came juicing and i found that both Juicing and smoothies gave me something different something but both helped me going.

I could drink a juice in the morning for breakfast for that initial nutritional boost, i was having the nutrients from up to 8-10 fruits and vegetables in the morning to set me up for the day and a pre or post workout smoothie to help me finish the day off nicely and i felt better within days.

So then i decided if i can do this then people around me could do the same, people around me could gain the benefits that i did and fell the way i was feeling. So I decided to design a range of cold pressed bottled Juices and freezable smoothie packs for people to buy.

This way people can implement smoothies and juices to their lives without the hassle of rushing round the shops every couple of days buying fresh fruit and veg, chopping and prepping the ingredients in the morning or worrying about potions or what it tastes like.

With Lazyman Smoothies and Juices i promise a perfect portioned smoothie or juice that will taste fantastic, have only the freshest fruit and vegetables and will contain just that 100% fruit and veg (with the added optional extras like Chia seeds, flax seeds, oats, goji berries, avocado seed powder, protein and more).
